My books from Amazon and the local public libraries. There is little difference between those who cannot read and those who will NOT read- The result of both is ignorance.- Jim Rohn

Have a New Kid by Friday and other Dr. Kevin Leman Books
I have put these three books on reserve or for delivery to my nearest library. I have had some parenting/child issues that I would like some insight or help with.
Someone told me that I can't just learn from books so what is the point?
Obviously, that person can learn from thin air. I have been looking at thin air for awhile and it hasn't worked for me. Perhaps a book may help.
Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfeld
Dear Daughter Chloe,
Other than your love of fruits, you are not eating well my child as you constantly insist on eating crackers (yes they are whole grain, but still). So today, I crack open this book to try to be better of you.
Mom
I really don't know if this will work. I have been cooking gourmet for hubby and me and she still doesn't like the food. But it's worth a shot right.
It is not motivating to see that there at 144 1-star ratings on Amazon but after reading though the 330 something 5-stars, I figure I give it a try. I have the book and it's been sitting on the shelf for a year now so what have I got to lose but a little bit of time and a chance for Chloe to eat a little bit better.
